Your motto. — There is magic everywhere. — Your age. — 25 — How would you describe your work and creative process? — My work evolves as I do: constantly. My illustrations tend to take shape when I’m most in the moment, affected by a lyric, poem, or snatch of conversation. My favorite part of the process is the end, when everything in my mind starts to come alive and become an extended part of myself on paper. — What music are you listening to right now? — Joanna Newsom has been inspiring me thoroughly over the past few months. I’m currently finishing up my Milk-Eyed Mender series, which is irrevocably inspired by her album of the same name. — What is your favorite movie without naming it? — composed of panic + uncertainty + mrs. robinson. — Where and when did your parents first meet? — In India, thirty one years ago. — Where will you go for your next vacation? — Montreal. I’m looking forward to surrounding myself with the cold, the mountains, the French. — What would you do if you weren’t scared? — I would move to another country, alone, and discover all of the other people inside me.
